Hey Shawn,Certainly not, I am a hairstylist loss of sleep dosen't mean loss of hair.But what could be happenning is our not giving your body enough rest.One thing people don't belive or realize is if you stress it will make you lose hair.If you don't drink plenty of water it will definitely make you lose hair.Now not getting enough rest br careful b/c your body will eventually give out and you could risk passing out ! |
