Weight loss during sleep? If I stop eating a good 4-5 hours before going to sleep, and I if haven't indulged the whole day I usually wake up 1-2lbs lighter. I weigh myself before going to sleep and weigh immediately after an 8-9hrs of sleep even before I go to the bathroom. How is this possible? Surely tossing and turning doesn't burn all this? Where / how are these lbs going? Cheers. |
