You are probably describing two different issues. First, snoring by itself is not a disorder. 50% of the population snores. However, it MAY be a symptom of a sleep disorder, such as sleep apnea. Second, the leg movements.....well this also may be several different things. Some normal and some 'abnormal'. If they occur periodically, like every 20-40 seconds during the night, this may be PLMS, periodic leg movements during sleep. These may or may not be a 'disorder'. It depends on your symtpoms.
