Do you have Sleep Apnea? Try pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Keep tongue forward and mouth closed. Suck a slight vacuum in your mouth and then go to sleep.
You have to be able to breath easily from your nose.
I used to always sleep this way, then I stopped for some reason. Then I started to get sleep apnea. Then it hit me. All I had to do was make this vacuum between my tongue and the roof of my mouth to keep the base of my tongue from closing off the back of my throat. It totally works!!! |
