What time do you go to bed? When I was your age, and all through my childhood really, I couldnt sleep at night until 12:00ish was sleepy at school and didn't perform the best. You might just be a night person.
One thing I used was aromatherapy. I bought some 'pillow spray' from bath and body works which claimed to make you sleepy and i remember the scent always made me drift off...its worth a shot anyways. chamomile tea also did the trick for me, which you can find at any grocery store. |
