RLS symtoms when I take a nap or sleep irregularly? I was wondering if anyone has the same case scenario as I do. Whenever I don't sleep at the same time as my normal timing, my legs will start going crazy which causes me problems to sleep. I have read many cases of RLS, but no one mentioned that if they don't sleep at the same time will cause these symtoms. I've noticed that I have major problems when this happens or when I try to take a nap. However, if I exercise enough, and sleep at the same time for at least a week, I do not have that problem. My nerves in my body will not drive me crazy to force to kick my legs again.
Does anyone have any opinions on similar scenario? |
