baby waking at same time every night!?

my baby quite a good sleeper , she just turned one and will generally sleep 8.30 pm til 8 am , however just lately, for the past 2/3 weeks at exactly 1.08 am she has been waking up

most of the time i usually put her dummy back in her mouth and have to hold her hane for 5 mins and she will go back off
but sometimes she wont so she ends up in my bed with me
i cant understand it , how it is exactly the same time every night , what is even stranger is that about 1.06 am, something will wake me up (dont have a clue what) and i will know she is ready to wake up , strange or what!!
i know she not hungry or thirsty, and she not scared or anything like that
does this happen to any other parentsi
your theories on this appreciated , it really strange

have you got a boiler that is timed? someone living next door or in your street coming home from work? otherwise its spooky
