 aren't night terrors just for kids? I have been experiencing night terrors for the past year it started when i became pregnant and hasen't stopped. every night i wake up and still seemed to be trapped in a dream. my whole bed will be FILLED with beatles or dozens of spiders will be dropping from my ceiling and i will jump out of bed turn on the lights and screaming run into the living room. i feel so confused and do not feel rested at all! what can i do?  |
