is it bad to sleep with your phone under your pillow? like could my blackjack tap...

...into my dreams? i always sleep with my phone under my pillow because thats the only way i will wake up to my alarm. but last night my phone was fully charged when i went to sleep. and i was having a really intense dream and i could tell i was trying to wake myself up but i couldnt. so when i finally woke up i reached for my phone to see what time it was and my phone was sooo hot! i could barely even hold it it was on fire. and the battery was almost dead!!!!!! and i had no applications or anything running over night. i have a blackjack 2 and the battery is good. and when i woke up i had the weirdest feeling. i felt real sick and dizzy. is there a way my phone like tapped into my dream!? like was giving off some weird electricity or signal or something? that sounds real weird but its been bugging me all day
