Default I think I have sleep apnea, I don't snore, I do have bad dreams that speed my heart

rate? most of the time when I do have these episodes, I dream that someone who I cannot see is attacking me and I seem to not breath. I am aware in my dream that I'm dreaming because I feel like I'm half asleep and my body is paralyzed and I cannot wakeup. I'm scared that I'm really not breathing and I'm scared that I might not wake up one day...

I had an episode last night, and I swear, I saw my room and someone was attacking me from my head and I was biting their finger and I think I saw like liquid/water in my sight. I'm scared that my eyes were in the back of my head and saw part of my brain. When I woke up, my teeth were hurting like I was really biting something and my heart rate was high.

Thankfully, I only get these episodes like at least once every 2 months or so.

What is your experience with sleep apnea?

Sleep apnea usually is an every night occurrence. You probably should be seen by a doctor and if you feel you have it a sleep study done to be sure.

This doesn't sound like sleep apnea but some type of physiological episodes. I think it's more mental than physical.
