You cannot usually choose what you dream about, but the way you are feeling when you go to bed may contribute a lot towards it. If you are feeling trapped, then the chances are you will dream something to that effect. If you're in love then you may dream about your lover, but you can't force a dream.

thats what I heard, but I can't verify it, cause I try sooooo many times and to be honest, I feel like I'm losing it, cause it don't work for me....
