Sounds like you have a lot of stress and an uneasy mind during the day. Something is bothering you, you need a vacation or a few days off to relax. Drink some wine, take a hot bath, read, watch a comedy before bed. Whatever is stressing you will keep doing it untill you resolve your problem.

Perhaps anxiety, worry and depression? Seek therapist. Also do meditation everyday should ease your tension.
