Default I'm preg. (16 weeks) And from the normal reasons I

can't sleep, but i have strange dreams too?? Is there any way so that I can relax myself and at least have some pleasant dreams? It's bad enough i can only sleep on my stomache-- but is there any relaxing ways that I could still have a relaxing sleep even when it's interrupted all the time by the constant need to change positions??

Take some time to wind down (I know it sounds cliche) before bed... for at LEAST 1/2 an hour. Low light - no TV... and RELAX! As for the strange dreams... TOTALLY NORMAL. W/my 2nd - for 9 MONTHS I dreampt I gave birth to a... fish.

As far as I know, there is no cure for pregnancy dreams. I've had some really disturbing ones, but it seems like right after I've given birth, they've simply vanished. Sleep however you are comfortable. And if you notice you have wierd dreams after eating a certain nighttime snack, avoid it in the future. When my sister was pregnant, she couldn't eat chips before bed without having night terrors. Just listen to your body and pay attention to its cues. It's hard to do, but once you're used to it, nothing is easier.
