I've been having horrible dreams for the last 3 weeks. Every single night. I usually just stay up until I get headaches..then I fall into a deep sleep and can't remember what I dreamt about.

i keep having bad dreams i cant remember the dream when i wake up i see my husband and he got knives in his face and he got his hands out to get me, i keep having that dream over and over again now i have to sleep with some lite coming into the room and i keep wakening up through the night and i have got to face my husband all the time so i know he is not going to get me

Yes I have...it happened after I saw a horror movie...actually I wasn't afraid of the "sleep"...I was afraid of the the "darkness to go to" sleep (not from closing my eyes, mind you...)Usually I read some comics, follow up on watching the television...just to get my mind off things...So...I guess the final advice is...if you're afraid to go to sleep, then don't...just do something else...get your mind off of those things you're afraid of...just stay up till morning...stay until the sun comes up...then finally, the tiredness will kick in, and you would suddenly be asleep...Hope that helps...sleep tight...
