Probably! I'd have to see her to know for sure. Dogs DO dream. Watch her feet; when they start to twitch like she's running, she's in a dream. My collie puppy dreams a lot, and even has bad ones, where he 'runs', twitches, and yips, like somehting bad is after him. He is so deeply asleep at this time, calling his name won't even wake him -- I have to physically shake him awake, and reassure him like a child. Then he settles back down.
