Why do people dream that they fall in...

...their sleep? And why do they wake up before they fall?

Actually, I've fallen lots of times in my sleep. Most of the time I wake up before I actually impact, but sometimes I have. It is just another old wive's tale that says that if we die in our dreams, we will never wake up. Personally, I think the falling dream is just our subconscious trying to tell us that our life is going out of our control, and that something drastic has to be done now to prevent us failing (or falling).

We usually dream of falling when we feel that we are losing control of some life situation.Unless we are suffering from a mental dysfunction, we will not usually perceive our own death in a dream.

its because your bady's tense efore you fall asleep like when you fall asleep in school your sitting straight up and your bodys not getting the right blood flow or its after you run and exercise and you come home and go to sleep youll do it jus has to do with your body and how relaxed it is
