I always dream more, or are more aware of my dreams if I drink caffeine in the evening. Try to cut back.

yah maybe a little but i think it is better if dream then not dream because then when you are dreaming your mind is thinking otherwise not. so if you dream every time u fall the little bit to sleep you will let your mind think. it happens to me to maybe you can figure something out that you eat/drink every day and try to cut back on it a little to see if maybe it is what you eat or drink.

My husband is 46. He has never or recalled having a dream. Everyone dreams as we know, my dreams are very vivid and I can wake and even go back into the same dream. I do not think my husband is normal! How can you not remember even one dream?
