Keeps thinking about sex as you're drifting off to sleep. Sometimes that works for me since the thoughts carries on into the dreams.

Before you go to bed picture in your mind a scenario like a guy making love to you on the beach in the waves or something similar. Then when you go to bed as you close your eyes think of that scenario and play it like a movie in your mind. As you fall asleep your subconscious should continue with the dream.
