Default A bad dream and loss of sleep!?

I keep on having a dream where my husband and I are out at a restraunt and then right in the middle of dinner he gets up and leaves with this other woman. I run after him but the faster I run the slower I go. The louder I yell the more I wisper. Is this happening because next month will be a year scince he had an affair. But our relationship has been great! Actually better than great! And I do trust him. It was a one time deal and him getting too drunk with friends. So why? Also also any ideas how I can stop having these dreams? I have 5 kids and need my sleep! The other thing is different is he is working nights now. I know where he is but is that playing along with my husband not coming home that night a year ago?I'm not staying awake thinking about this dream.... the dream is keep on waking me up and its hard to get back to sleep afterwards.

Robert C hit the nail on the head. The dreams are your subconscious mind trying to tell your conscious mind that you still have unresolved issues. The only way to slay your demons is to face them, hon.I recommend that you sit down one night (when he's not around) and write out all your feelings about his infidelity. Then make a list of the things you want him to hear, and keep it with you when you talk to him about it. This way you'll be less likely to get emotional or go off on a tangent.
