 I have found that if I think a whole lot about what Id like to dream about just before going to sleep..it works...almost everytime. If you eat something before bed you dream alot too.especially pickles,spinach,,vegetables..try it!  |

| Eat chicken before you go to bed! Makes you dream like crazy.LOL (But true.) Then go to bed early, before you get too terribly sleepy, and lay there and think about and visualize what it is you want to dream about.Sweet Dreams! |
