...on my couch and left a stain when she went to work!? I know it's not pee, but what could it be? Can girls get all heated in their dreams like guys can? If so, what is that? And how do I get it out of my couch?

Yes there are women who are able to secrete some amount of discharge and "ejaculate", well but not as forcefully I suppose.Although wasn't your friend wearing underwear!?!? I hope she didn't pee on your couch! If she peed on your couch it ought to be stinking right about now. Maybe she just spilled a drink. Either way, to get it out of your couch, it really depends what material your couch is made of. I'd recommend some hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice for starters, see if that works. (I think enzymes in the lemon juice might help. At any rate, I'd like to think my couch is fresh with lemon rather than... girl discharge...)As afireinside said maybe she had her period... But I'd think that it'd look a lot more bloody, unless your couch is red? I don't know how a period looks like and I never want to so yeah I'm not so sure about that.
