Do not get too carried away about premonitions. Premonitions are always found out after the fact. It's the same way people see all sorts of things in the Book of Revelations or Nostradamus' Centuries, which, strangely, always bear directly with the times these people happen to live in. People like to think what they go through is somehow related to other events which bear little connexion to them.If you're average, you probably can remember about 100 dreams a year. One of them happened to have an element which eerily resembled a future event. Taking the law of probability into account, and considering the fact most dreams have at least 20 elements in them, I wouldn't call that extraordinary at all. In fact, I would say one out of 2 000 dream elements bears an eerie resemblance to something in your future waking life. Not that stunning a statistic if you look at it that way.Mystical explanations of dreams don't lead very far. And they can be dangerous when used by a person who is intent on manipulating others.

There once was a student who fell asleep while studying. She dreamed she was a butterfly - and she was able to flutter to any place at will. And when she woke up, she realized she didn't know if she was dreaming about being a butterfly, or if she was a butterfly dreaming she was a person.

scary, but it might be more useful to dream the numbers for the winning lottery ticket.
