No, that is absolutely not true whatsoever.Sometimes we dream of things that have been on our mind, sometimes we dream of something totally unrelated to anything else.She may have dreamt that because she is worried about losing you. She may have dreamt it because someone she knew broke up and it just happened to come up in her dream. Don't let her dream come between you. Afterall, it's only a dream.

Just sounds like a random thought. Very rarely do things I think about before I go to sleep occur in a dream, and anytime there's a dream it doesn't usually happen, exept for those random moments of deja vu.
