I've been dreaming weird dreams these days, the contents are simple, but I couldn't remember at all after I woke up, I only felt they were sad and depressing. The weirder is I knew I was dreaming during dreams, and I woke up several times at mid-nights, then fell into sleep again, continued my "dream TV series" where it interrupted....it happened several time every night, extremely exhausting, Now I,m scared of night. Is it because I just finished my GRE test last weekend and nervous about my scores and future?....pls help, I'm dreadful..

If your dreams feel like nightmares, there may be a simple explanation. If you are sleeping in an uncomfortable position that is possibly reducing blood flow to say, an arm or leg, your body will not let you sleep comfortably. It wakes you to let you know somethings wrong. Make sure you are not lying on your side in such a way that your arm feels numb. If this is not the problem, I recommend meditation before bedtime. It stops that constant brain chatter and calms you so you can sleep. When you wake up, you can think much more clearly. For more info, ask yahoo, "How do I meditate?"

Dreams are our mind's way of solving problems while we sleep. If the problem is unsolvable at present time, the dreams may contain worrying subjects because it's a subconscious expression of what's heavy on your conscious mind. Don't worry about these dreams, they are just a reflection of how you feel. If you want to be rid of them, simply meditate on the thought that "everything will be okay" each night before going to sleep and soon those bad dreams will disappear. Dreams are usually nothing to fear. Pay attention to your dreams, the symbols will sometimes help you solve problems. Hope this helps!

don't worry, honey - this really sounds like your sub-conscious is working out the stress you've got in your days.when you know you're dreaming, how about trying to control the dream - try to give it another turn, so the dream will relax you, leaving you in a calm and peaceful mood.something else you could try is a "dream diary" - when waking up during nights, write immediately down your dream. it helped me.
