In your dreams you tend to try to deal with things going on in your life, so YES, they do mean something. Trying to figure out what they mean is the challenge.

are you on any medication? I take a insomnia pill and I have never had dreams as scary/wierd as I do now... just a thought.

sometimes it does. But, other times it's because you're brain is organizing you're thoughts when you're sleeping.
