Default Experiencing horrible insomnia for that past few weeks?

It has progressively getting worse and worse.

This Thursday night, i never went to sleep.

Friday night i finally fell asleep around 11PM but awoke at 2 AM wide awake.

I then fell asleep from 11 AM until 2 Pm

Now its 3 o'clock in the morning and im facing the same problem. I took 2 excedrin PM's to see if that would help and I laid in bed for 5 hours until i finally got fed up and got on yahoo answers.

Im scared of taking sleeping pills like ambien because ive heard so many horrible stories.

What should I do ? :(

I suffer from insomnia. I went to the local health food store and bought a bottle of Melentonin. It is natural, it works with your body's natural chemicals to help you fall asleep fast and stay asleep. I suggest taking it about 30 minutes before you want to lay down. It works wonders for me. I have actually started cutting the pills in half. You can get it cheap too. I pay 2 bucks for a 75 pill bottle, and you only take one a night, or like me a half a night. These are also not habit forming, but they suggest taking them for 2 months then taking a one week break, then 2 months and a one week break and so on. Good luck. Sleep tight
