 sleeping problems - my mother gave me sleeping pills, help? hi, im a 18 year old girl. ive had sleeping problems all my life. but the last two weeks have been really bad. i cant sleep at all and my rythm is all off. (i have tried to regulate it by waking up early even though i feel asleep late to). school is starting in a few days, so my mother gave me two sleeping pills today just so i can fall alseep normaly today and maybe get a normal rythm. but should i take one or two? but its not because of family problems i will only take them this night?  |
