 I think my husband has sleep insomnia. Help!? He goes thru periods where he will sleep really good but then after a few days of that he will go about 2 or 3 weeks at a time with only a couple of hours sleep. We can't go to a sleep clinic because he works all week long and can't really afford to take off. I'm really worried that he will fall asleep driving and get hurt. Does anyone know of any NATURAL ways of falling to sleep easier???  |
