shoulder problems from sleeping on my side, cant sleep on my back though... help!?

 shoulder problems from sleeping on my side, cant sleep on my back though... help!? ever woke up one morning with that sharp nerve pain in your neck and it doesnt go away until like the next day or two? imagine that in your shoulders, and thats what i have. i sleep on my left one, and then it hurts, so i sleep on my right one to take pressure off the left, and then the right hurts. so now they both hurt and i cant do shoulder work outs, so this is seriously hindering to my exercise. i have found a solution though, to sleep on my back. my shoulders are getting better but im getting hardly ANY sleep at all trying to sleep on my back. ill lay there for like 2 hours twisting and turning trying to get comfortable and then fall asleep only to wake up 30 or 40 mins later due to being in an uncomfortable position. i need tips, on either how to get rid of this pain without going to the doctor, or how to effectively sleep on my back. help someone! DONT ANSWER UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING *USEFUL* TO ME please!  |
