insomnia? If so, how'd u get over it?

Warm millk w/ one tablespoon of vanilla extract and reading before bed.

Need sleeping medication and life style changes...no caffeine, regular sleep habits....exercise...good luck!

Yes, I started exercising daily. It's helped a lot. I still have to take sleeping pills sometimes.

Ya my mom has it. You don't get over it you can only treat it. You can try to do things that are more relaxing and drinking special herbs. Another option is sleeping pills.

Try prayer before you go to bed, you would be suprised at the results...

My doctor prescribed Ambien... it works sometimes. Sometimes it doesn't. When it doesn't... if I can sleep 2 hours... I'm doing good.

It means you can't sleep at night. There's a thin line between insomnia and just not being tired. If you just sit around all day, you might not be tired at night. Try to do something more physical in the daytime and you'll be more tired at night.
