| this is more of a vent than a question really. but if anyone has any advice i would love to hear what you have to say :) I am 25 weeks preggo now. I have had sleeping problems my whole life. Problems going to sleep, staying asleep, and getting back to sleep if I awaken. I can remember even as young as 11 dealing with this. Of course now being pregnant it is amplified. I go to bed probably about 10:30 but cant sleep until 12. I get up about every hour to two hours to pee and change positions/get comfy/try to settle baby with will. Once I am up it usually takes about 20 mins to go back to sleep. For example today I woke up at 4 am. *sigh I am really lucky in the fact that I don't work so I am able to relax throughout the day. But even naps are hard for me. I try really hard not to have water after 7-8 but I am much more hungry at night than I am during the day. I am sure that I am not the first to deal with this but it still helps to hear others have gone thru it as well!! I also believe that meds should be taken at a bare minimum. i am planning and preparing for an ALL natural childbirth. |
