you've just got your cycle messed up.
The fastest way to fix it right now is to force yourself to stay awake for 24hours, and then go to bed at a reasonable hour.

you can do no real damage to yourself by short term sleep deprivation. Don't worry, it's happened to me all the time, with study all-nighters! x

It's not insomnia. Trust me. It's just because you've been going to bed so late, and you've been sleeping in so much. That's why you're having a hard time sleeping. Your sleep cycle is just screwed up, don't worry, you'll get your normal cycle back just give it some time!

Dont drink caffeine if you can, exercize for at least half an hour, stay away from sugars. Dont eat before bed. There are plenty of things to due... The best thing that puts me out, some Suduko puzzles or a REALLY boring book! works every time!
