| Sigh. I have the same problem..and I'm what - how old? Luckily though, my mother works with natural medicine. You should go to you're local health food shop and just ask. They have plenty of organic, natural medicine to help. If not, go see a naturopath or doctor to find the cause of all this insomnia. |

| I know it seems counterproductive when you're so tired, but DO stop caffeine and sugary drinks, too. Even if you're still having trouble sleeping, give it some time - like 3 weeks. I've had insomnia for 15 years, and the only thing that's ever helped is : herbal tea (1-2 cups in evening), especially chamomile or anything that says "sleep"., exercise EVERY day (but not after 7 pm), and wake up EARLY every day no matter what. Then when you get up, spend 10 minutes in a really sunny spot (in or outdoors okay). Then, bed by same time EVERY night. It's hard, especially if it's time to wake up and you've yet to fall asleep, but it does eventually work (When I actually have the discipline to do it!) Again, you have to give it time, and that initial couple of weeks is hellish. With time, though, this method resets your circadian rhythm and helps you get better sleep at night instead of during the day. Right now, your bods just out of synch. Good luck! |
