 Our house got broken into and i am having problems sleeping any suggestions? Hi, Our house got robbed a week ago and im having a few problems sleeping and im not too comfortable about been in the house alone. I have never felt like this before and pissed off with myself for feeling this way. Does any one have any suggestions about the problems sleeping at all? Every little noise i hear makes me unconfortable and i hate my self for it. Many thanks in advance.  |
