insomnia and strength/endurance trainin!!!? i have a mate of mine who wants to get fit again, he came to me for help with training.
im just in the process of developing a program for him to do with me...now heres my question.
he has insomnia, and i assume this is going to slow down his muscles from healing due to lack of sleep, he sleeps once a week.
he was a vego but he isnt anymore (i get to do it my way! yes!)
will his body heal enough without sleep to workout 3 days a week average?
full body workout, strength to start with, along with running for now (ne needs to get stronger at this stage, not endurance)
im just a little concerned it will damage his body

yeah, ive already explained about diet to him, and ill be sure to make him see a doctor before we begin
how many days a week would you reccomend? |
