B. Sleep deprivation causes many psychological effects. Such as; colorblindness, and hernias.

B. What are some effects of sleep deprivation?
1. Some effects of sleep deprivation are; depression, heart disease, and tremors.
C. When did sleep deprivation research begin?
D. Why does sleep deprivation give you these effects?
1. Sleep deprivation gives you these effects because without adequate rest, the brain's ability to function quickly deteriorates. The brain works harder to counteract sleep deprivation effects, but operates less effectively: concentration levels drop, and memory becomes impaired.
