 is insomnia will pass away? im 17years old and im suffering of this insomnia since dec. please help me people. when i feel sleepy i cant sleep easily. sometimes it takes 2hrs or 5hrs to make me fall asleep!... its hard for me because i am a college student my sched in class is 7:40am to 12pm. and even i go to sleep i will still wake up early and i only sleep 5hrs or 6 hrs. then i cant go back to sleep again. pease help me i dont know what to do. i dont want pills i know it can help but temporary only.  |
