 I'm 17 weeks pregnant and Im suffering from pregnancy insomnia. I desperately... ...need help. Any tips? Im miserable. I am up all night Im stressed and anxious throughout the day but the most at night when my body shuts off my mind NEVER will. Im worried that I will be so exausted from not sleeping by the time my baby arrives that I won't be able to handel it.  |
