 Well, watching anything won't help. I am a Yoga coach - very simple. Do deep breathing. When you breathe in - stomach out and when you breathe out - stomach in. Have full - deep breath and I am sure after doing this for a few minutes you will definately have a sound sleep. Let me know, Thanks Ash  |
