 Insomnia question? Hi! My mom has really bad insomnia. She wakes up in the middle of the night, cannot easily fall asleep. She is extremely healthy, exercises every single day, eats very healthy. She has already been to the insomnia therapist, but nothing woks. Any good suggestions? BTW, she has already tried acupuncture. Thanks for all the help in advance!  |
