 nightmares/insomnia...? so i really can't sleep most nights half the time i'm terrified of what my dreams will show, well i never have good dreams. I tried using one of those dream catcher things but they just seemed to get worse. sometimes i wake up with blood under my fingernails, the dreams are too fucking terrifying to repeat but...suggestions?  |
