problem with sleeping. at times when im about to fall asleep, i get a very

loud buzzing sound in my ears.? I feel like im floating, i am unable to open my eyes, or move any part of my body..my mind is working, but nothing else seems to be..then all of a sudden i'll get like a burst of energy and i'll almost jump out of bed...then when i try and go back to sleep..the buzzing starts all over again..i find myself having to walk around my bedroom, or even get a drink be4 i can peasefully go back to sleep. Any idea's at to what this may be or how i can stop it..my friends say it may be stress, but im not a stressful person?... P.S i did have Night Terrors when i was a child...there not comming back to haunt me are they?!?
