 Insomnia before period? I`m going to be 16 in less than a month. I`m not real regular but I can tell my period is about to start. I have had BAD insomnia for about 4 days now and its always like this. Last night I stayed up till God nows when and right now its almost midnight and I`m exhausted but cant friggin go to sleep. So here I am...on YA and just took a clonidine and xanax. Last time I took just a clonidine it didnt even phase me. Should I go to the doctor? The gyno or just regular doctor? What will they do about it?  |
