Default Has anyone ever or have a problem when they fall asleep and stop breathing?...

...Chest feels tighter. Sleep Apnoea? I sometimes fall asleep and stop breathing. Its really scarey and i can tell when its going to happen as my breathing gets shallower.
What is this?
