i can't sleep im so worried, please help, head problem?

o have barley slept all week.

Im 15, almost 16 and for a few years now i have been having headaches all the time, i go through bottles of excedrin like they are candy, but of course i am careful and don't exceed the amount im supposed to take. but recently, for few weeks i've been noticing that i get this extreme pain in my head, in the same spot every once in a while throughout the day, i have had it before in the past but i feel like it's getting progressively worse. it's always in the same spot which worries me the most. I haven't told my parents yet, i wanted to find out as much as i could before i went to them. They know about my headaches and they said that if something was wrong with my head medicine wouldn't make me feel better, but it does. im worried there may be something wrong thats starting to get worse. The pain in sharp, in the same spot, on the left side of my head and is extreme. It's usually so painful i grab my head. Anyone hav any ideas as to what it could be?
