That will never be the case for me coz if i dont get enough sleep, i wont be able to concentrate on my work. I always get to bed by 0000 hrs.

Actually I really do have insomnia.
I haven't fallen asleep naturally in 2 months.
Sad huh? I'm a big lunesta & benedryl fan.

I use Y/A to get rid of the coffee buzz, and on the nights i don't have coffee and get to bed by midnight; I get to get up earlier to check Y/A
