 sleeping problem..? Maybe it's just me, but lately I haven't gotten enough sleep? It's summer, but during the school year I go to bed around 9 and I can't fall asleep until 1 and I have to get up at 5:30. During the summer, when I am at home, I fall asleep around 4 and I wake up around 10. When I'm at a friends, we usually go to bed around 1 and I can't fall asleep until 6, and I wake up at 9? When I wake up once, I can't fall back asleep. I'm 13..and I don't think 3-6 hours is enough sleep to be fully functional during the day when I need to be. What should I do?  |
