Am I experiencing insomnia?

For the past week now I have not been able to sleep.

I feel tired, but I end up getting up to use the bathroom or something and it will be 3 am.

My mind is constantly racing, with trivial thoughts... nothing serious stressing me out...

Some health factors that may be influencing:

-I just recently stopped smoking marijuana habitually

-I have a very high metabolism

-I am taking 30mg Zinc and 2mg Copper supplements daily

-I usually eat a meal around 10pm


When I smoked, I'd have the best, deepest sleep, and could do it for up to 10 hours or longer...

Now I'm not even sure how much sleep I get because I cannot even distinguish my dreams from my racing thoughts...

I couldn't have had more than a few to 5 hours of sleep for the past few nights...

Could this be having a very negative impact on my health?
