Do not get confused yourselves and be clear in mind. Think positively and do some exercises in the morning or in the evening to keep your body brisk. Meditation has helped a lot for such things. Develop some interest in something, which will ease your mind. Good luck.

I feel the same and I don't know the answer, my friend told me to try green tea or St Johns Wort tea to relax and sleep, this has helped a little, but perhaps you need to speak with a professional to talk through whats on your mind...best of luck to you

Maybe ssomething very nerve racking and challenging is going on in your life that xcauses you to have insomnia. I dont think your depressed though because one of the most common symptoms ofd depression is sldeeping more then the average person for a vast amount of hours every day. Even though you feel that nothing is interesting it doesnt measn you are depressed, Lifed is boring thats why people go on vacations to spice it up! Dont worry you should just get ona prescribed medication to help you sleep.

Do you get vigorous exercise every day? I think you could benefit if you do what it takes to make yourself real tired, so you will find yourself wanting to go to bed around 10:00 p.m. Drink plenty of water.
