 I have major sleeping problems! Please help Does anyone have any suggestions on getting to sleep? There are so many nights that I never even go to sleep. All the time I go two days with out any sleep and I'm trying to sleep too. School is about to start soon and I know I can't do that. And when I do get to sleep it's usually at 4 or 5 in the morning! I always tell myself that if i just shut my eyes I'll fall asleep, but I can't because whenever I do close my eyes they start hurting REALLY bad and I get a huge head ache. I don't know why.Sometimes when I've gone like two days with out sleep I just break down into tears because I'm exhausted and there is nothing I can do. Please help  |
